2013 Season Driver Policies and Procedures

Welcome to the 2013 season of the Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series. This season ALL registration will be done online.

Signing up to Participate in a Race

  • All registration MUST be done online.
  • You must sign up and pay for each race prior to the late registration deadline (5 pm the Friday before each event)  in order to avoid paying the late fee
  • In order to enter in a Lucas Oil Off Road sanctioned event, you must create an account at: www.lucasoiloffroad.mycustomevent.com
    • Through this website, you will enter all of your contact, vehicle information and bio information as well as directly register for the race.  You are responsible for keeping this information up to date so that contact lists, programs, media inquiries, manufacturers points, sponsor inquiries, payout checks, etc. remain correct.  
  • Each driver must sign all applicable waivers and check in for each event on site before entering track.

These prices cover race entry only. Weekend armbands or hard cards still need to be purchased for admission into facility.

Licensing & Admission into the events

Please note:

Purchasing a hard card is the only way that you will gain entry in to the facility after registration has closed. We will be reducing the hours the trailer is open, so if you will be arriving to the track late at any point in the season, it would greatly benefit you to purchase a hard card.

    • NEW for 2013 Crew – Hard cards may be transferred ONE time per driver during the season. Old hard card must be surrendered before the new card will be issued.  This option can only be used 1 time per driver per season.

Drivers

All drivers must purchase a driver's license prior to being able to participate as well as a wristband or hard card to get into the venue in addition to their entry fee.  Drivers have the following 3 licensing & admission options (you must choose 1):

  • Licensed Driver Hard Card - $590 (if purchased before March 4th)/$630 if purchased after

Available for purchase online w/ track pickup, in Corona office on designated hard card sale days or at facility

    • Valid for entire 2013 season
    • Grants access to all facilities in the 2013 season
    • Holder is NOT required to purchase a weekend wristband at each event and may enter each facility at any time during the event weekend (drivers must still check in at registration trailer before going on track)
    • Grants access to restricted areas (Tech, Hot Pit, Spotter's Booth and Track (drivers only)
      • Allows drivers to participate in all 2013 Lucas Oil Off Road sanctioned events
  • Annual Driver's License - $270  & weekend wristband ($45 per weekend)

License available for purchase online w/track pickup or at facility.  Wristband must be purchased at track.

    • Valid for entire 2013 Season
    • Grants access to restricted areas (Tech, Hot Pit, Spotter's Booth and Track) once inside the facility
    • Permits holder to participate in all Lucas Oil Off Road Sanctioned races
    • License holder must still purchase a weekend wristband at each series event to gain entry into each facility.  This can only be done during business hours.  No entry will be allowed after hours without a wristband. 
  • Single Event Driver's License - $65 & weekend wristband ($45 per weekend)

License available for purchase online w/track pickup or at facility.  Wristband must be purchased at track.

    • Valid for one event weekend only
    • Grants access to restricted areas (Tech, Hot Pit, Spotter's Booth and Track) once inside the facility
    • Permits holder to participate one event weekend of sanctioned races.
    • License holder must still purchase a weekend wristband for the event to gain entry into the facility.   This can only be done during business hours.  No entry will be allowed after hours without a wristband. 

Crew members requiring hot pit, spotters area or staging access

must purchase a crew license prior to being able to gain access to the hot pits, spotter's or staging area as well as a wristband or hard card to get into the venue.  Licensed Crew Members have the following 3 licensing & admission options (you must choose 1):

  • Licensed Crew Member Hard Card - $470 (if purchased before March 4th)/$510 if purchased after

Available for purchase online w/ track pickup, at Corona office on designated hard card sale days or at facility

    • Valid for entire 2013 season
    • Grants access to all facilities in the 2013 season
    • Holder is NOT required to purchase a weekend wristband at each event and may enter each facility at any time during the event weekend
    • Grants access to restricted areas (Tech, Hot Pit, Spotter's Booth)
    • May be transferred 1 time per year per team to another crew member with surrender of old card in the event that crew member is no longer part of team
  • Annual Crew License - $150  & weekend wristband ($45 per weekend)

License available for purchase online w/track pickup or at facility.  Wristband must be purchased at track.

    • Valid for entire 2013 Season
    • Grants access to restricted areas (Tech, Hot Pit, Spotter's Booth) once inside the facility
    • License holder must still purchase a weekend wristband at each series event to gain entry into each facility.  This can only be done during business hours.  No entry will be allowed after hours without a wristband. 
    • Not transferrable
  • Single Event Crew License - $50 & weekend wristband ($45 per weekend)

License available for purchase online w/track pickup or at facility.  Wristband must be purchased at track.

    • Valid for one event weekend only
    • Grants access to restricted areas (Tech, Hot Pit, Spotter's Booth) once inside the facility
    • License holder must still purchase a weekend wristband for the event to gain entry into the facility.   This can only be done during business hours.  No entry will be allowed after hours without a wristband. 
    • Not transferrable

Non-licensed crew members requiring admission to the events only

non licensed crew/family members not requiring access to restricted areas have 2 options for admission into the venue:

  • Admission Only Hard Card- $320 (if purchased before March 4th)/$360 if purchased after

Hard card available for purchase online w/track pickup, at Corona office on designated hard card sale days or at facility. 

    • Valid for entire 2013 season
    • Grants access to all facilities in the 2013 season
    • Holder is NOT required to purchase a weekend wristband at each event and may enter each facility at any time during the event weekend
    • Not transferrable
  • Weekend Wristband - $45 per event
    • If you have not purchased an Annual Hard Card you must purchase a weekend entry wristband to gain entry into each facility
    • May only purchase wristbands at the ticket booth during business hours

Pit Space

  • Pro 2 and Pro 4
    • Will receive a 40' x 90' pit space with your entry in the event
  • Pro Lite and Pro Buggy
    • Will receive a 30' x 80' pit space
  • Kart Classes
    • Will receive a 20' x 60' pit space

Parking

  • No personal vehicles will be permitted to park anywhere in the PIT area. All personal vehicles are to be parked outside of the facility in either the participant parking area or the general spectator parking area
  • Each entry will receive the following (if needed):
    • 1 RV PIT parking pass that will allow you to park your RV in your designated PIT space
    • 1 SEMI PIT parking pass that will allow you to park your SEMI in your designated PIT space
    • 2 Participant parking passes that will allow a personal vehicle to park in the designated VIP lot
    • 2 PIT Bike/UTV parking passes  that will allow either a PIT Bike or PIT UTV to park in your designated PIT space
      • If you require additional PIT Bike/UTV parking passes, there will be a $50 charge for each additional pass.
    • PIT parking passes will only be issued to select participants that use a large utility truck as their hot pit vehicle. This vehicle must be registered with us and approved in order to be permitted into the PIT area

Minors

  • Any driver under the age of 18 must submit a copy of a State issued birth certificate as well as a completed Parental and Minor's Liability release waivers.
    • Waiver must be signed by BOTH parents in front of a notary public and notarized or witnessed by a Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series Official
