Fun zones and activities continue in Reno

Thursday, July 19, 2018

Sparks, NV (July 19, 2018) – As the Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series, presented by GEICO, rolls towards the halfway point for the 2018 season, we wanted to take a moment to remind our great fans about all of the new and improved activities that will continue to be available to them this weekend at Wild West Motorsports Park, as well as each of our remaining venues throughout the rest of this year.

While the racing itself remains the biggest draw for our fans, we want to make sure that there is plenty to do throughout the day here at our events, and that's why we've teamed with Crumb Concessions to create fun zones: places where people can get out of the sun and relax, as well as try their hand at several family-oriented games that should be fun for both kids and adults alike.

For just $10, fans can enter the fun zones, where adults can play ladder ball, corn hole, and trash can beer pong. Kids, meanwhile, will be able to get their jump on in bounce houses, play with light up toys, and connect back to some real, hands-on fun in the dirt with the Tonka truck sand pit.

Additionally, all fans in attendance will be able to participate in our scavenger hunt and social media contests, as well as partake of our new and improved food, beverage, and beer vendors. And with the temperatures up in northern Nevada expected to be warm come Saturday afternoon and evening, our additional cool zones will provide a welcome refuge between bouts of on track excitement.

All of this is being done in a continuing effort to ensure that our fans have the best experience possible throughout the day and into the evening when they attend our events, and we want to thank our valued fans for their continued support in this, our tenth season of competition.
